ACDC JUNIOR PADDLING

Adelaide Combined Dragon Boat Club (ACDC) is the first Club in South Australia to form a Junior crew to race under the Club banner in both local, national and international competition.
Dragon boat racing is an ideal sport for the entire family – children, parents and even grand-parents.  It is one of the few sports in which the whole family can participate and compete in the same crew.

Our Junior crew has been steadily developing and growing and we are constantly looking to grow our membership. These Juniors form strong friendships and the personal development
opportunities are invaluable.  They participate in a structured training program designed to develop both endurance and strength at a level to suit their abilities.
